Refund policy
At PetPark, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are custom-made and engraved, please read our refund rules carefully before placing an order.
1. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Customized products (engraved pet tags, personalized collars, etc.)

Items marked as “final sale”
Once customization begins, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
2. Refund Eligibility (Non-Custom Items)
Refunds may be requested if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

Photo or video proof is provided
3. Wrong Shipping Address
If the customer provides an incorrect address resulting in failed delivery, we cannot offer refunds.
4. Order Not Arrived
If the package is lost during shipping, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by logistics, customs inspections, or force majeure.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
